Θ    Guided Meditation and Relaxation     Θ

Using techniques from my background in Music Therapy, such as Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Meditation, Guided Imagery and Music, and a technique of Body Meditation training that I have developed over the last 20 years, you can begin a course for harmony and inner peace – and some much needed stress relief!

If you’ve never tried meditation, it’s not as difficult as you might think – especially with some guidance.  There are many different styles of meditation to fit your personality or needs. We can work together to find the best route for you.

Guided relaxation and music is even easier – feel tension melt away and stress fly away.  Deepen your self-awareness or use it to just “let go” for a while. These sessions can be scheduled on an individual basis and also may be added to your Reiki or PEMF therapy session.

You might want to try a music-assisted relaxation group or group meditation session. Check the Into the Spirit  events pages for Meditation and Relaxation groups. Meditation classes are offered occasionally or when enough people show interest.
