Θ    Guided Meditation and Relaxation     Θ

Using techniques from my Music Therapy background, like Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Imagery and Music, and a technique of Body Meditation training that I have developed over the last 20 years, you can begin a course for harmony and inner peace – and some much needed stress relief!

If you’ve never tried meditation, it’s not as difficult as you might think – especially with some guidance.  There are many different styles of meditation to fit your personality or needs and we can work together to find the best route for you.

Guided music and relaxation therapy is even easier – feel tension melt away and stress fly away.  Deepen your self-awareness or use it to just “let go” for a while. These sessions can be scheduled on an individual basis and also may be added to your Reiki or PEMF therapy session.

You might want to try a group music-assisted relaxation or meditation session. Check the Into the Spirit classes or events pages for Meditation and Relaxation groups/classes that offer discussion opportunities and handouts if you would like the added value of learning how to take these techniques home and do them for yourself whenever you need them. I try to offer a balance of  experiential-only and learning-oriented meditation times.
