RSVP Now to learn Level 1 Reiki

The next Level 1 Reiki Class is on Saturday, March 19th. We will meet from 9:30 – 6pm in-person at the Into The Spirit studio – 9013 Marshall Road Cranberry Twp. PA 16066.

This level of Reiki is your introduction and foundation to using the Reiki energy. After this class, you will be able to give Reiki for yourself and others. At this level, we discuss the basics of Reiki, the history of Reiki, and the treatment protocol for self and others.

This level is the foundation of all the other levels. You may practice this level for as long (or short) as you like before moving to the second level of training. Some people are content to have only this level of training.

This course date will be followed up with check-in class. These check-ins are offered three times each year. You may choose any of the follow up dates to satisfy the class requirement. Participation in this follow up class (both online and in-person options -no additional cost) is required for course completion and Reiki certification.

If you are only able to do a half day, I do have the availability to split the course into two days, so that anyone that cannot attend the full day on Saturday could complete the second half on Sunday. Let me know if this is needed when you RSVP and we will discuss more about timing.

We will  break for lunch in the early afternoon. You are welcome to bring a lunch or travel out into the many eateries around town. For those who may need to take care of pets, you are welcome to go home during this time. I will send more info about the class details for those who register for the class.
