Energy and Your Health Discussion Group
This once a month, 4-week series will introduce you to topics and information about the dynamic nature of your body and enhanced ways to maintain or accelerate your health and wellness, as well as what to watch out for.
Discussions are led by Melissa Carey. Topics will address the root of energy in our health, the effects on our energy that food and water have, as well as what can deplete our body’s natural energy resources. Each week of the series will have a new experiential take away that you can use at home.
